Print Screen On Mac Running Windows Keyboard Free
So, what is the solution?
If at all possbile, I don't want to resort to installing additional programs.
MacOS keyboard commands are the easiest and quickest way to take a screenshot on a Mac whether you’re capturing the entire screen or just a portion of it — as long as your keys aren’t stuck. Since a Mac does not have a physical PrintScreen (PrtScn) key on its keyboard, another BootCamp mapped key or key combination must be used in place of the familiar Print Screen button. How to PrintScreen on a MacBook Keyboard from Windows: Shift + F11 (to take Screenshot of entire page) Alt + Shift + F11 (to take Screenshot of active window).

Create a keyboard shortcut with the built-in snipping tool.
Arcgis license server administrator ports. By default, the lmgrd daemon is set to port 27000. The ARCGIS daemon, on the second line of the file, is not confined to a particular port range. It is dynamic, meaning that it can listen on any available port. To secure the license management environment and allow you to implement a firewall, you can lock the ARCGIS daemon to a specific port.
Start > Accessories > Snipping Tool > Properties > Shortcut
Click in the
Shortcut key text box and enter your desired key combination.

Screengrab means to capture any moment you want on your screen. Snipping Tool is not well designed for that purpose. Always be prepared for an alternative when using Microsoft made applications.
Fn + Shift + F11 for fullscreen
Fn + Option (Alt) + F11 for active window
above hotkeys indeed solve the problem, thanks to Sergiy

GreenShot is a program (similar to SnagIt) where you're able to specify what keystroke to capture the image. You can also do selections as well as the whole screen.

Go to the Boot Camp Control Panel, select the Keyboard tab and uncheck the option for 'Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys'.
Then the following hotkeys will work:
